Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to treatments and services provided by the osteopathic practice of Natalie Schwindenhammer.

Appointments

Appointments are arranged individually. The practice operates by appointment only and does not offer open consultation hours.

Appointments can be booked:

• online

• by telephone

• by email

Treatment Duration

A typical treatment session lasts approximately 50–60 minutes.
Initial appointments may take up to 70 minutes due to the extended consultation and examination.

Fees

The cost of a treatment is usually between €90 and €110, depending on the individual case and treatment duration.

Payment terms may be communicated directly during the appointment booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that cannot be attended should be cancelled as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may result in cancellation fees.

Insurance Coverage

Some private health insurance providers and certain statutory health insurance companies may reimburse osteopathic treatments in part. Patients are responsible for clarifying reimbursement with their insurance provider.
